Myphotobook has the nerve to answer me…
Myphotobook has the nerve to answer me on Trustpilot that they sent me a request for information on January 19 to which I did not respond! WRONG, scammers! I answered the same day, then having no return new mails on January 23, then on February 26 and now on February 1st. Their customer service phone line has been closed since early December and emails are never answered. A real scandal! They have software problems that they can't or don't try to fix and the customer pays for their problems. Company to avoid!!!
I've had a prepaid voucher on Veepee since the end of October, it's only valid until February 28, so I'm probably going to lose it since I haven't been able to place the order for 2 months, still the same bug at the level from passage to payment (error 13 FF7 524). What have their IT specialists been doing since my first alert on December 3?? NOTHING - no response 2 months later! Moreover I gave them my personal codes, my book being in their cloud they could take the trouble to print it, here is an obvious solution but no response and no action either!

bad quality& worst customer service
super bad quality& worst customer service ever, i have been trying to reach them since 6 weeks as all my books i ordered are falling apart ...worst quality of paper i have ever seen in a photo book.

mandatory updates to software do not happen and you get left in limbo wondering if the company still exists.
problems trying to update and use the service are not helped by screen shots are in German only.

Avoid, 2 months still no order or refund
I ordered in October and it is now December and still no order. Email was ignored (I left it until recently to contact in case of delays) requested a refund but judging from the other reviews, I probably won’t get one through them. Will be contacting my bank to sort that out. I wished I’d looked at reviews before trusting them with my order, which probably won’t even show up for Christmas

Terrible. Still waiting for a refund. I paid for 3 photo books and received nothing. Despite calling them & writing to demand refund, I have not had any. It’s my second month dealing with this. Daylight robbery. My order may be stuck with their delivery company but the code given to me is invalid. They should refund. I have zero trust in this company.

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company . I paid £68.97 for two canvas prints .The bottom of the picture was cut off on the first print and the second portrait print had 9mm blank canvas showing at the bottom of the frame !
Emailed them on their support address , no response at all . Telephoned to speak to some one obviously in Germany and not uk as you are made to think !!Spoke to Erika couldn’t understand me !!Gave me an email address to send photo shots of my issue which I did !!Have not heard a word from them and resent my email requesting a refund from them three or four times now with no response !!
Can’t hang the canvas prints they look awful and can’t get my money back !!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Shortly after i placed my order i received an email to say it had been cancelled. I rang up to be told that i had used the new version of the website which didn't work and i needed to click on a link to go to the old version where my order would be processed! I said I wouldn't do that and forget the order and placed with another company. 2 days after an email arrived to say they had received my order. I replied saying that i didn't want the order, having been told twice that it had been cancelled, and do not process it. Guess what, they processed anyway. And took my money for the privelage. Complete scammers.

Don't waste your time with this company like I did!
Vouchers can't be redeemed and they do not give you the correct delivery times either! When I contacted support, the lady was unable to communicate properly with me and she told me there was no one else whom I could speak to!

Con artists
I ordered a birthday present based on the production date they gave me. They then told me the product would not be ready by that date, so I asked them not to make it. They ignored my request, made it anyway and refused to refund me. Con artists do not use.
False Advertising
Placed an order with a delivery date on the website. Order confirmation says a date two weeks later.
When enquired, support advised:
"The dates on the webshop are not delivery dates, these are production dates."
False advertising.
"We cannot do anything for you, you will have to wait patiently."
Illegal and completely unacceptable.

Ordered a canvas print and acrylic photo which originally should have had 30% off but it got added at PayPal checkout. An email to customer service and they sorted straight away. Delivery took a couple of weeks but they kept me well informed and the quality of the products are excellent. Will definitely use again.

Don’t use this company
Despite an initially great experience (order received on time, of average quality), one year on from my order I’ve had the week from hell.
Out of the blue i’ve been contacted by debt collectors for the project despite the fact that I have confirmation of payment from their customer service rep. There are many more details to this that I won’t write here but I have now paid multiple times. The key message is do not use. There are plenty of more reliable, reputable and better quality companies out there to choose from.
Outstanding product
I ordered an A4 glossy photobook for my mum's 70th birthday. It arrived yesterday and it is simply wonderful!! Very fast delivery (arrived just a few days after submitting the order) and the quality of the book is outstanding. I can't wait to present it to my mum next week. I will definitely order from you again. Thank you so much ❤

I ordered and paid for a Photbook on the 3rd December. It still hasnt arrived 7 weeks later. I have been emailing but getting nowhere. The customer service us abysmal. Anyone know an irish no you can ring? There's supposed to be Myphotobook.ie. The reply means nothing. What situation? IT'S not Brexit the comoany headquarters are in Germany. Yesterday I got an email from them saying my order was returned because I was not known at the address!! I've lived in the same house and town for 35 years. Even my name would have found me.

I ordered a giftbox for my boyfriend
I ordered a giftbox for my boyfriend, 16th of december and It would arrive at the latest on 28th of december.
I understand that it might have been delayed due to christmas, but I still have not got my gift and i have written to support many times just to get some response to where my package is.
No answer at all, just one where it says that ”my project” can’t be saved more than 14 days. But I got an e-mail with a shipment confirmation, so I do not understand what has happened and customer service is non responsive.
Disapointed!!
